I told them what I wanted and asked multiple times if they could do the color and design, they assured me they could then when it was finished my hair was WAY to dark and the hilights were chunky, unblended, and inconsistent.when i nicely expressed that it was not what i wanted amd that i didnt like it at all they were rude and unprofessional also had to pay full price. I do not recomend at all. I trusted the6re people with my hair and am very disappointed!
First I was blonde. Secondly I showed the lady what exactly I wanted. If she couldn't of done it she should of said something. Then she like oh okay I can do it. When she takes the towel off my head I basically had black hair and I was like it's darker then I thought it was going to be and she was like yea had to do that so it would cover it completely. No!! You don't do something to someone hair without saying anything. You say "I think I'm gonna have to go darker then you wanted because of whatever".. not just do it. There was also suppose to be a feather of light color from the previous color but it came out chunky and inconsistent. I would not recommend this place to anyone. By the way because I was such in shell shock and I'm still a good person I still tipped her 25% wish I could take that back.
