My opinion: I like smaller bookstores like this because they actually care about there customers. Any BAM OR B&N i've been in, the service has been subpar at best.
I've been to a lot of coffee shops, the service, atmosphere, coffee is absolutely amazing. If I could bottle it up and take it home I absolutely would. Most differently will recommend this place to everyone.

Chapters On Main continue to employ people who truly care about others and you will definitely stay in business. I have been coming to this location since i was 5 with my grandmother. Of course its a new name and new owners but its still the same feel. GREAT JOB!!!

First let me say that I am an author, so find a neutral place that accommodates my work (writing there) and coffee is amazing. The service was friendly and they hand make your coffee rather machines like Starbucks. There coffee is AMAZING. They don't push you to purchase books and you can even ask them for a specific book and they will help you find it.
Cool place to look, too expensive for used books.
