The incompetence of this shop is blatant, as is the total disregard or perhaps ignorance of the head mechanic. He could not figure out how to enter my car into his computer right in front of me, I had to instruct them. They refused to put my car on a lift and then made the excuse that my brand new strut not even a month old was out and not related to the accident, What a joke! It is very obvious that their only concern is the relationship between the insurance company and themselves with total disregard to anything the customer says. Needless to say my car was released without complete repairs. Please heed the warning.
