Incredible dentist and staff. Dr. Grote makes sure his patients are comfortable and informed of what is going on. He provides options and suggests what he feels is the best path for their health. Taking care of the people who come into his office is his number one priority.
He did some fillings on my front teeth, and they aren't sharp anymore! So glad! And his main priority is my most needed thing of all, partial. He put that first. And when I would talk to him and his nurse, they would stop what they was doing to listen to me, pay attention to me. Eye contact is key in good customer service. And they definitely have good customer service. 5 stars
Dr. Grote and his staff are very friendly and accomodating. He has been my dentist for the past couple of years and I am very pleased with the services I have received. I would highly recommend him and his staff as a great place to go for dental care.
Best dental experience I have ever had! They recently received new ownership along with a new dentist and have been doing some updates around the office since, which has made a huge difference!! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.
