Although prices are great and the people are friendly when your buying from them!! I spent 1500 with them and the fuse didn’t blow it melted along with part of the cable which could have been bad and burnt my truck down and the guy says that’s what insurance is for!! there was a new installer who said it was lose and was not properly done but the owner gave him a look and they both went to saying normal wear and tear and that’s not under warranty trying to sale me more parts but when I bought it everything was under warranty I think that is very shady seeing as how I called other shops they said fuses blow but being as how it melted and damn near burnt wire in half that that would be on them to replace very disgusted with these people
I went to the store today to pick up a fuse. And I left with 2 sun down 12 inch subs. Completely happy with the customer service and the products they have to offer if you are looking to get loud this is definitely the place to go I will be returning for all my car audio needs.
Amazing experience! The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and never pushed for the higher name brand equipment. They truly cared more about how satisfied I would be with my purchase and not about how much I spent.
