Well my daughter called because my small kitten had gotten stuck in a tree and had been in there for about 7 hours they refused to give me any assitance what so ever... everyone that lives in van buren knows its a pretty much safe place and not alot goes on so it would not have been that serious for them too come and save my cat I am very upset and I do not think it is right.
