My coats didn't come clean
It was dirty on the inside and cats running around so much cat food at the door you stepped on it going to door. Also very costly. First time there and probably last time.
Horrible! I walked in to a horrid animal urine smell. They couldn't find my comforter, and when they finally did it was in a bag close to the door where anyone could just walk in and take it. The worker there was in the back room with the door closed. Not only that but when I got home I realized they had stapled the tag to my comforter, there were red stains on it that weren't there before, and it had a horrible smell.
