Great customer service. People on here are only complaint because they're impatient and can't stand waiting. If you don't want to wait, go to Fort Smith. They're much quicker and it doesn't matter if you reside in Crawford County or not. I've never had a problem and if I'm missing information, typically I can get what they need quickly and get back without losing my place in line
People shouldn't have to sit for like two hours for them to call maybe 10 numbers if that...
Sat there for nearly 3 hours to be told we are missing one piece of paper that they did not bother to tell us we needed when I went there a week ago to make sure I had everything I needed.
Even though they have an express line those ladies will still sit there and ask "anyone here just for renewals." No one walks up they sit on their ass. Out of 3 girls 2 doing that. In 25 mins they called 1 number and 1 just sat there the whole time. In 40 mins they have called 3 numbers and still one just sitting there.
I Love this DMV location! They do a great job and are very friendly, timely and helpful!
