I love it here. A diamond in the rough!!! Lots of hiking here. Trails everywhere! There was even a old graveyard on the trails.
I found this place by accident
This is absolutely my favorite place to go. I love the scenery and the creek is nice to wade in to cool off in the summer. It has something for everyone. Whether you ride a bike, love to hike long trails, want to hike short trails, love history (burial sites everywhere), and like a blast from the past. There is rock formations, hills, valleys, beautiful trees, waterfalls, etc. Just all around wonderful. The fishing is great too. (Hint: Fish directly over the dock and you will catch everything). I did see a HUGE copperhead on the trail last year. Only snake I have ever seen but it was there so keep safe.
