Apartment rooms are very small and outdated. Not much parking and are only allowed 2 spots. Good apartment for the price.
Nice place right across from Cloverleaf shopping center. My Brother and has wife loves it.

Roach infestation still after a year and a half. The owners won't authorize any maintenance to be done so the maintenance guy can only halfway patch up anything. The grass has to get over 8 inches tall before they will allow the lawn care people to mow. What used to be nice apartments are now more like a slum.
The owner is a preacher at the River of Life church but you couldn't tell it by the the way he treats his tenants. Some tenants pay one price while others pay another for the same apartment layout.
