I bought an iPhone 7plus, an ipad4, a Bose WIFI sound system and a bunch of accessories there in August. You’d think they would appreciate the business but clearly not. The phone is a lemon and no one can ever hear me clearly through an entire call. It has a known issue that I have sent once to Apple to repair and once again it has the same issue. I am paying to Verizon for a warranty yet they keep giving me hoops to jump through before replacing it with a different model/color/featured phone without this issue. Yesterday I spent an hour in the store yet on the phone with their centralized tech/customer service and everyone just cleared the area when I began telling them I was having a problem. If you’re not there to buy you’re useless to them. On top of that when I upgraded the rep in the store was transferring my pics and settings and just pulled the plug when she got tired of waiting and lost pictures of my dad who passed away last Thanksgiving. She saw me in the parking lot yesterday and left before I got out of the car. Shameful service I won’t make that mistake again.
