My bestfriend brought her dog to this place a couple of days ago to be told he had a "stomach bug" I don't know about you but when I get the bug I don't bleed from my ass and my eyes. This should never happen to anyone's babies. Never come here. R.I.P Jaxx
I would seriously think twice about going to this place. Like always, i will just give you my experience... We purchased a Pomeranian about seven months ago, and his baby teeth did not fall out. We took him to this veterinary clinic to have them check on him because he was having much difficulty eating. We told them that he probably needs to have his baby teeth taken out. They pushed on his belly really, really hard, then squeezed his mouth, causing him a lot of pain. They then said we need to take the baby teeth out, like we originally stated. We also informed them that obviously he was not in really good health and had an infection, and it did not seem to concern him. They wanted us to bring him back the next morning for surgery.
The bottom line is, we took our dog to them, and they returned us a dead dog covered in fleas (which he never had fleas before)... You know, I'm not a surgeon, but even attempting to pull out all of a dog's teeth is pretty major. You take for granted that people actually know how to do their jobs, and sadly they don't know how, and nor do they care....
My wife was told that they were going to give him an IV when they returned from lunch, but when they returned he was too far gone... So, basically, if I understand correctly, their lunch is more important than the health of the animals they are supposed to be taking care of.
My wife dropped him off at 8 AM, and they called us at 10 AM to tell us that he was ready to be picked up. We told them to hold him until 5 PM just in case there were any complications since they would be closed for the next couple of days for the weekend. They, then called us again before 11 AM, telling us that he was having issues and asking if they could give him an IV. Then, my wife went in at 3 PM to pick him up and check on things, and she was told he did not make it..... I called after 5 PM to figure out what was going on, and the story I got was completely different from the story my wife was told and had recorded on her phone.
I brought my 7-8 month old German shepherd here because he wasn't eating and he had diarrhea. We brought him here and the people were very rude and stuck up. They tested him for parvo and worms and both tests came back negative. Then, they gave him a shot and some medicine to take because he had a "stomach bug". We were then told to keep him on a liquid diet. We couldn't even make it home without him getting sick. Later that night he started having a permanent nose bleed and pooping blood. He puked up everything he ate and before we knew it he was 10 times worse than he was before we took him. Now tell me, if a dog has a "stomach bug" why is his eyes bleeding and he couldn't move what so ever. Now a day and 200$ later , my dog was still not moving and we had to force feed him liquids. Of course it was a Sunday night and no vet clinics were open at 9 pm. We were going to take him to hubbs the next morning, but sadly my baby didn't make it past 10:00. So these people do NOT know what they are doing. And this isn't the first case that they have returned a dead or almost dead dog. These people need their license revoked because they don't know what they're doing. I can't bring my baby back, but I can save this from happening to other animals. NEVER take your dog to this "animal clinic". Because it will return worse than what it was before. They basically killed my baby with whatever shot and medications they gave him. They need to be stopped.
Hate it. Hate it. Hate it. Absolutely the worst place in the river valley too take a animal too
Friendly people. Very reasonable rates. Took good care of our German Shepherd. On the road to recovery now.
