We went to this store to get a ps4/ tv bundle they were nice in store but when it came to deliver our items they arrived bout 5 hrs earlier then when they said claiming they called me and i told them it was ok to bring it down which i never even talked to them. I schedule for them to bring it out in a couple days they said they would, called them back and they had rescheduled for 3 more days later... tried to get hold of the manager here and was hung up on first time but second time we got ahold of the manager and they succesfully delivered our items the next day but it was a bit of a hassel to get the products
I have purchased a home computer, refrigerator, washer and dryer set, and in process of buying a mattress from the Van Buren location. I've been trying to return the mattress for over a week now. The general manager will not call me back, and upon finally ordering the staff to come get it or I was bringing it to them, a staff member told me that I could bring it up to them and unload it. Really? I thought they had a policy that we could not move the product until it was fully paid for? So Anyway, I will load it on my truck and take it to them. I will not buy any further products from them. It's a sad fact the companies like this charge you three times what a product is worth, and when you have an issue with an item, they suddenly can't be bothered.
They have Great Service and always meet my needs.
Horrible customer service over priced and unfriendly employees
If i could give then a negative score i would. They don't know what they are talking about. Customer service sucks. I called before i went up there to make sure they had what i wanted bruce said they did. I get up there the tv had black spots in it and couldn't find the surround sound. I sat there for over 30 mins. Brooke another associate is rude she kept address me as girl. So i told her to shred my application. I called and spoke to them about what happened so I went back up there and had the manager some man to tell me that they don't want my business because i was rude. This place is a joke and over priced.
