Never buy a product from these people and finance it through a third party finance company. I returned the furniture 2 months ago and yet FFO nor the finance company can work together to end my contract. For 2 months now the finance company is taking money out of my bank account because FFO can't seem to send the necessary documents to them. Therefore I now have to go to my bank and change my debit card information to prevent more money from being stolen out of my account
This store is really clean and the employees are very knowledgeable.They was there to help us for what we wanted.we got a table and chairs for Christmas .I love it
Went to check mattress prices, salesman yawned the whole entire time. Ran a credit check on my husband, he wasn't in store with me. I thought they were just pulling up the existing account. So a hit on the credit report. The other salesman was not helpful either, actually neither seemed like they even wanted to be there or make a sale...won't be going back, especially to that store.
