This place is mad dope!!!! I love the facilities and whole vibe is fantastic.. great energy. I dig it! Barre pilates? Yoga? Boxing? Smoothies? Yes yes yes
I loved this place, the trainers are there for you not for the check. I left because i moved but they're great... they also have daycare.
I have them 1 star because I feel bad on how bad the place is, I went in there to do my workout with a medicine ball and the "crossfit coach" said they are t meant to be thrown... I never heard something so dumb in my entire life, then he tried telling me to leave because I was gonna be a distraction the the class that literally only had 3 people in there so I highly doubt I was gonna be a distraction, then the owner of the place had the balls to make me leave and said I don't know how to workout when I was the fittest in the hole damn place, she even said that I need to chill out on my ROID RAGE! I am literally not on any type of steroid use he at all so that tells me that they don't like people to be in the gym that are just better than them.... I would never go there if you want to get better and have a legit good workout. Screw em
