Great staff, very professional. They helped my son with his behavior and is now an honor student at school!
They are very experienced, way better than the other guys, and have been helping us tremendously for years now. I highly recommend them to anyone. They accept Medicaid, and many of the therapist are signing up now to also accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. They also have after-hour emergency phone in case you are suicidal or having other issues during non-business hours. They work with a local in-patient for minors on Medicaid and adults on BCBS can go to Valley for inpatient, as well as one in Hot Springs for adults on Medicaid and do their best to even provide methods of transport there and back. Also, that review that left one star and discussed "abuse" I don't see how it has anything to do with this business at all and should be taken down. There was one uncalled for visit from CPS that we had to deal with 3 times over because they were required to report that we had a gun in the house, the worker there misunderstood a member of our family, and we had to deal with that. So I can only give 4 stars.
Michelle Dollard abused my son when she was a special ed teacher at Freshman Academny Van Buren School district. She was fired for what she did a complaint was given to DHS and behaving against the teachers code of ethic for Arkansas a complaint has been sent to them also.
