I enjoyed my stay at this Quality Inn. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and extremely nice to us. The rooms were nice and clean with all the amenities you could ever want/need in a hotel. The only downfall was the breakfast. But I will say, it was free, so guess I shouldn't complain too much about it. Just wasn't a fan of the juice, coffee or eggs. Overall, great hotel.
Service is good rooms a decent, a few business in walking distance
Room was clean and there were no smells (non smoking) and bathroom was clean.
Our RV broke down and we stayed two nights. The management were so helpful and kind.
There are some other hotels/inns nearby that look more geared towards truckers etc. So just be aware of that.
This is not one of you "finer" hotels but you cannot beat the service and cleanness of this hotel.
Right off of I-40, but tucked a little bit away for the highway. It's convenient with out the noise of the interstate noise.
Staff was helpful and friendly. And would stay here again if I am going through the area.
Walking in the lobby is clean, parking could be a little better towards the front, but it's not bad.
The vending machine is a little lacking, but has drinks and snacks if you want anything more you will need to go find it.
Location is not great, didn't feel safe there since it was in an industrial area and the back side was desolate. Requested and received a room on the front. Bathroom sink counter was no more than 24" wide including the sink. Chairs were stained. Bed spread was dirty. I won't be back. Breakfast hours posted are 6-9 AM. Biscuits were cold, had to warm them up in the toaster. Unlike most Choice Hotels, you cannot take any food out of the breakfast area. There is an interior entry to each room as well as an exterior door. Given the sketchiness of the location, I would not use the exterior door. Apparently this hotel had issues with theft of items and displays a placard with how much they charge if the items go missing. Quality Inn has a problem, you never know if you're getting a run down motel or a true hotel until you show up.
