Our visit to Arby's was really good the food was excellent the employees were very friendly the place was clean I'm sure we will go back and eat at Arby's again it was a good visit God bless you all
We waited forever for our food only to have every bit of it cold. My wife loves Arby's but every time we have visited the Van Buren location we have been greatly disappointed
Can't really complain about the company seeing as regardless of who the cook is, they can't mess up your order. Meat and Bread with maybe cheese. Had some rude staff issues I've ran into but other than that the food is nearly always great!

I normally like this particular Arby's location a lot, it's near my home and it's one of my favorite fast food chains. I had several made on my order this last time, I ordered a #19 and several other things, when the gentleman didn't ask for what drink I wanted I asked him if he had made that a combo, he hadn't but he assured me he would fix it at the window. I got to the window and paid, after looking my receipt over I noticed they hadn't charged me for a combo. I pointed it out and they said they could charge me $4.49 to give me a drink and fries. I hesitated and he agreed to just give them to me because of the mistake. I asked for a sweet tea and took a drink while waiting for my food, it was a coke. I returned the coke and got my sweet tea. After waiting a good ten minutes my food was done. I got home and found that they hadn't given me fries. I tried to call but their number just kept ringing. The staff was very nice but very forgetful and I'm pretty disappointed in the overall experience.
