You don't see the actual manager till weeks after you move in and they then inform you of new rules you weren't told of prior to the contract.
It has a really good cummunity and plently of things to do
Nothing for kids to do outside. A lot of people fuss about kids going in yards to even walk home. Water bill basically doubled after the sewer plant was built next to the land and have more problems with water/sewer lines stopping up ever since it was built as well. The residents had no say in the matter of the sewer plant and no warning it was going to make the water bill basically double. Sounds like the owner of Cabana and the water company are in the same pocket as each other.
