Very easy check in. Camp site was clean, as well as the bathrooms, showers and laundry room. Washers and dryers were reasonable and worked well. Dogs were allowed and everyone seemed to pick up after their animals.

Keep on going! This is a gravel parking lot with absolutely no trees! There is no lighting, no security, and the owner is a cheap, crabby old man. We were there almost a year while hubby worked and had 5 camp hosts during that time. Unfortunately none of the 5 knew anything about management and/or customer service. There were a lot pipeliners there. First group that come thru were really nice. The second group was a bunch of drunk, loud, and stupid! Dogs running loose. Dog poop was never picked up...how can people just let it sit there? Anyway, the TV and internet were spotty at best. Unless you just can't drive any more, I would keep on going!

Clean..tidy.. showers and laundry are nice.. laundry not expensive. It is right on the highway onramp so there's alot of highway traffic sounds. But no noisy tenants. Nice manager.. not around alot, but easy to contact. We we're here a week in fifth wheel and parking no problem. Nice access to area attractions and eating places close by. I'd stay again.

Have stayed here many times. Yes it is a gravel parking lot. But it is a really good place to stay. At least, as far as I know, this one has never flodded. Easy to get to many places from here. Gentleman running the place now is very friendly. Haven't checked out the WiFi yet.

I don't know when some of the negative reviews were submitted but most of it has been addressed. We stayed for 3 nights in an RV and had no issues whatsoever. Nice large grass area (no dog poop). Manager Stacey was very helpful and accomadating. There is no security guard riding around at night but we felt safe. Manager stays on-site, should issues arise. We haven't found any shady parks from Arizona to here with trees. Wi-Fi works fine do does the power. Overall, no complaints and I can recommend Overland park.
