They are very slow to get anything done. Just trying to get a simple prescription filled can take all day. Last time I had to see someone, I got the nurse for the price of the doctor and waited 2 hours past my appointment time to get in.
Have been a patient here for several years... Because the Dr was out of town I couldn't get my depression meds refilled which messed up my hormones and imbalances, asked to be put on previous med I have a diagnosed for and was denied because they don't want to reinstate it because I was off and on of it for personal reasons. Very rude agent on the phone put me on hold without telling me. Will be looking for a new doctor. Also nurse practitioner couldn't refill the meds or do anything for me so I paid to see the doctor for absolutely nothing.
My sister broke her arm yesterday and all I needed was a referral and the nurse to make an appointment at the River Valley musculoskeletal center and after two days, they haven't been able to do that.
Amazing doctors and staff. They all take wonderful care of me and my husband.
As for the negative comment about getting a refill for a perception. There is a sign posted in the office to alow 48 hrs.
