I went in to ask for information after not getting anyone to answer after multiple calls. The receptionist asked if I was a patient and after I said no, she, rudely, just told me I had to go around the corner to one of the walk in clinics and got back on her phone. I didn't even get information on how to become a patient until I waited for her to get off the phone and asked her. And she seemed upset because I was trying to get answers. A terrible customer experience overall
