The food is great and the staff is very polite. The Zaxby's sauce is great. The downside is the location for getting in and out and there aren't any changing tables in the bathrooms.
Stopped through on a road trip, had to be quick so we were glad the place was empty. They took my friends order and left me standing there despite making eye contact several times and a little wave.
Food is ALWAYS delicious. And their 5.99 meals are an "okay" value. They lose a star because of this reason. Wife loves mild, i love nuclear hot. They ALMOST always have put the wrong sauces on the wrong meal. Otherwise, the atmosphere and food is great.
